2024 Tryout Information

Prior to the start of the season, you MUST complete the following:

• Register with Elk River High School Athletics - REGISTER HERE to register online, sign, and pay.

  • • ALL registration materials and fees must be completed and up to date prior to August 9, 2024.

• Make sure your physical is up to date BEFORE the first day of tryouts . 

  • • If you don't know if your Sports Physical is current, login to your Campus Portal App > MORE > HEALTH > IMMUNIZATIONS and scroll to the bottom to see your Last Sports Physical Date. Physicals are only valid for 3 years.

• ALL athletes must be present at TRYOUTS to be selected for a team.  Please do not schedule anything during tryouts.

• Be dressed and ready to hit the court to set up nets at 7 a.m. 

BRING:

• 2024 Elk River Practice t-shirt (mandatory)

  • New for 2024: The ERHSVB Booster will purchase ONE Practice t-Shirt for each player that will tryout when ordered by 07/28/2024. Contact Coach Brummer if you did not order during the Fall Meeting.

• BLACK spandex only

• court shoes

• pulled back hair

• NO: jewelry, make-up, 

• Hand towel for sweat/MUST HAVE A WATER BOTTLE!!

Tryouts will be held Monday, August 12 through Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
Tryouts for ALL ATHLETES will be from 7:30 am - Noon.
Top Tier Athletes will continue to tryout from 1 - 3pm per invite.

Team Selection will be made Wednesday, August 14, 2024.

Team practice will begin Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Players will be expected to attend all practices, competitions, and volleyball events for the remainder of the season.
